Nara Zoysia is an extremely drought-tolerant species of grass, well-known for their resistance to salt, making for a great coastal turf. However, Nara Zoysia also grows well several miles inland. It is one of the first general-use Native turfs in Australia. Nara Zoysia is very pest and disease tolerant, and has a very soft texture, softer than that of Buffalo grass.
